Keywords that are getting high clickthrough rates or a high volume of clicks indicate people are interested in this content on your site.

Where you show in search – If you’re ranking high and getting clicks, you want to make sure that you maintain this position, and if you’re ranking low for something with a high amount of “Appeared in Search,” you may want to target this keyword because it could bring traffic if you move up.
